At Ibn ul Mubarak Academy, our mission is to provide accessible Islamic education through online learning resources. We request all learners to carefully review course descriptions, schedules, and payment plans prior to enrollment. For courses offered on a one-time payment basis, where pre-recorded lectures are unlocked after the payment is received, all enrollments are considered final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
For subscription-based courses (such as monthly or annual plans with live sessions or recorded lessons released periodically), payments must be made on time to maintain access.
Refunds will not be provided for partial use, missed classes, or early cancellation. Students may, however, discontinue future recurring payments by cancelling their subscription before the next billing cycle.
Refunds may only be considered in the case of a genuine issue, such as technical barriers preventing access to course materials, and will remain subject to review and approval by Ibn ul Mubarak Academy. The decision of the Academy in such matters will be final.
By enrolling in our courses, students acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy, which is intended to ensure fairness while sustaining the Academy’s ability to continue delivering quality educational services.
